In the thriving metropolis of Singapore, the year 2005 marked the start of a remarkable story. That year, two passionate educators set out to rewrite the narrative on traditional learning methods. They wanted to create an environment where learning was not just about absorbing facts and figures, but also about sparking joy and inspiration. It was with this vision that they founded Fun Learners’ School.
The initial days at Fun Learners’ School were filled with challenges. The founders had to juggle multiple roles, from creating unique, engaging curricula to building a strong team. They faced every challenge head-on, fueled by their unwavering commitment to their vision. Each difficulty only served to strengthen their resolve.
Slowly but surely, the school began to gain recognition. Students loved the fun-filled and engaging lessons. Parents appreciated the holistic approach to learning that encouraged not just academic prowess but also emotional and intellectual development. The school’s unique approach was bearing fruit – students were performing better, they were more engaged, and most importantly, they were developing a love for learning.
As the years went by, Fun Learners’ School expanded both in terms of its team and its offerings. With almost twenty dedicated and passionate educators onboard, the school’s student count also started to surge. It wasn’t just about growth in numbers, but also about ensuring the quality of education provided.
In 2012, Fun Learners’ School took a leap into the publishing industry, creating assessment books that promote independent learning. This venture brought our innovative approach to classrooms beyond our own, reaching more than 52 countries around the world. We were thrilled to see our textbook shortlisted for the 2020 Asia Pacific Best Educational Book Award.
In 2018, we embraced technology and developed online courses and an A.I. question bank SpotzOn to extend our reach further, bringing the joy of learning to children across Asia.
Through highs and lows, Fun Learners’ School held steadfast to its mission. Even in the wake of the pandemic, we stepped up to support our community, reducing online course fees and providing additional aid to frontline medical staff’s children.
Fast forward to today, we’ve evolved from a school to a diverse education group, striving to revolutionize the world of education. The story of Fun Learners’ Group is one of passion, perseverance, and a persistent pursuit of excellence. As we look towards the future, we are motivated by our initial vision – to make learning a joyous, enriching journey for every child. With almost two decades in the field, we are just getting started, ready to continue shaping the future of education.
